1. Developer Engagement Warranties

Vyonatech coordinates software engineering tasks with care and professional precision. True to our corporate values ("No Fake Commitments"), we communicate all system milestones, sprint deadlines, and feature limitations in good faith, avoiding exaggerated timeline projections.

2. Invoicing & Payment Milestones

Engagement deliverables (Dedicated Team, Hourly, Fixed Cost) are billed according to signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

  • Milestone Settlements: Project phases must be settled financially before we deploy the subsequent sprint package.
  • Time Tracking Logs: Hourly invoices are generated bi-weekly based on actual verified hours logged in our shared sprint panels (Jira/Hubstaff).
  • Delinquent Accounts: We reserve the right to suspend active developer allocations if invoice timelines are exceeded by more than 10 business days.

3. Limit of Liability

We build secure, robust software clusters. However, Vyonatech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages—including system downtimes, external hacks, database failures, or lost revenues—resulting from third-party hosting interruptions or client-directed codebase modifications.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed under the laws of India. Any legal disputes or litigation arising from our web services or corporate engagements are subject exclusively to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
